Abstract submission closed for Oral Presentations
We are still accepting abstracts for Poster Presentations
Researchers wishing to present at MCWASPXVII are invited to submit an abstract.
With the extended deadline (16/01/2026 at 23:59 GMT) passed, we are no longer accepting abstracts for oral presentations, but we are still accepting abstracts for poster presentations.
In this form you will be expected to provide the following:
- Author & co-author details.
- A brief 150-word abstract summarising your work, results, and conclusions.
- Indication if this work is submitted for the Oral or Poster presentation (Note: we are no longer accepting Oral presentations).
- Indication if you intend to submit a conference paper to the proceedings (deadline 31/03/2026)
- Note: Oral presentations will be expected to submit a paper to the proceedings.
- Indicative topic areas for your work.
