Oral Presentation
Both Invited Oral and Oral presentations are 20 minutes in length, including questions. Please prepare your slides for presentation and have them available on a USB stick or bring your own laptop to present. HDMI or USB-C connectors will be provided if you have your own laptop. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled session to check your laptop works and discuss with the session chair.
Poster Presentation
Posters should be presented in A1 Portrait format. Authors should print their posters in advance and bring the posters with them. We are unable to offer a printing service.
In addition to the poster session presenters will have the opportunity to present a 1 minute elevator pitch with a single slide during the last Oral session of the day. Slides for this must be sent to MCWASP@greenwich.ac.uk by Monday 1st June 2026 to be included. If your slide is not received by this date you can still present your poster but will miss out on the elevator pitch opportunity.
Proceedings
Papers for the proceedings should be between 5 and 8 pages in length, including figures and references. Instructions for authors and templates for IOP Conference Series Materials Science and Engineering are available here: https://publishingsupport.iopscience.iop.org/author-guidelines-for-conference-proceedings/. To allow for review and revisions before the conference the deadline for papers is 31st March 2026. Submission instructions will be available shortly.
