Registration opens in October 2025
The registration fee is all-inclusive. It covers the accommodation, all meals, and organised social events and trips. A full list of things included is:
- Hotel room (5 nights)
- Sunday evening welcome reception
- All meals
- Regular coffee breaks
- Poster sessions with refreshments
- Conference dinner (The Great Hall, Winchester Castle)
- Wednesday afternoon excursion
- Online proceedings
