Conference Venue

The conference will take place at the NORTON PARK HOTEL, SPA & MANOR HOUSE located just outside of the city of Winchester set across 54 acres of parkland in the heart of Hampshire in the south of the UK. For details of how to reach the venue please read the travel page.

The attendees of MCWASPXVII we will be the sole occupants of the hotel and spa for the duration of the conference, and you will have access to all the facilities, including a swimming pool, steam room, sauna, gym, local walking trails and the hotel bar.

The conference session will be held in the Norton suite, which provides a fantastic space for viewing presentations and will be able to comfortably house our planned number of attendees.

Poster sessions will be held in the Hampshire Barn – a traditional thatched roof barn providing ample space for viewing the poster submissions and socialising over refreshments.

All meals and refreshments are included in the conference fee and will be provided by the hotel (other than the conference dinner). This includes a breakfast buffet; a restaurant where lunch & dinner will be served; and regular coffee & other refreshments provided throughout the conference by the presentation room.
